Yoshino Tomo Sake Brewery’s kisaki series
has released a new “pink kisaki”.
It has a refined sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste.
The rice polishing ratio is 50% and it is Junmai Daiginjo.
It is made with low alcohol and its value is 11%.
Recommended for sake beginners! It is now preferred by women who like Japanese sake.
The sake is made from Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Toyama Prefecture.
Chill well and drink.
It’s surprisingly sweet, but the aftertaste is refreshing, and it’s a very elegant taste.
It is said that it is most suitable for an aperitif, and has been highly evaluated by buyers in European countries.
