Polishing to express
"sophistication, elegance and individuality".

The kisaki series combines a smooth texture with a deep flavor, and the degree of polishing (the degree of rice milling) brings out the individuality and charm of each sake. It has a perfect balance of fruitiness and just the right amount of acidity, and is popular among sake beginners as it is easy to drink.

"kisaki 28 Black" won the grand prize at the 'NAMAZAKE AWARD' held in London in December 2018.

"kisaki" is a special Junmai Daiginjo dedicated to the Isui Shrine in Toyama Prefecture. The Isui Shrine has long been worshipped as the god of agriculture, and it enshrines Niniginomikoto, the god of fertility and harvests, as its main deity.

Recommendation

kisaki 28 Black

We carefully polished Yamadanishiki rice to 28% and created a refined dry sake with a sharp, elegant flavor while retaining the original flavor of the rice. When you take a sip, the aroma of the ginjo and the smooth flavor of the rice spread throughout your mouth, and as it passes down your throat, a sharp, refreshing sensation and a refined aftertaste remain for a moment before disappearing, making this a superb sake.
